Some people dream their whole lives of spotting a UFO, but not many people get that lucky. You can look and look and look so hard that you imagine things in the sky. A plane trying to safely bring passengers home becomes a strange blinking light in the sky that is definitely up to something. It's an understandable urge, to look for something in the great beyond. There has to be more than us out there, we think. It's impossible that we're really alone.
But why do we not have any proof yet? Are aliens just really good at hiding? Do they not care to come talk to us? Or have they been trying to communicate with us this whole time and we're not smart enough to pick it up? I hope we know someday. But we may never get the chance. At least we have these memes to keep us company in the meantime.
