Among many things, the internet has made it so much easier to stalk one another. It starts with a harmless search for their Instagram page, and before you know it you're knee-deep in the Wikipedia page of their high school, looking at the notable alumni. It's a slippery slope. But some social media pages betray more of the truth than others. For example, Instagram is great if you want to see how they look at their best. Scroll through their tagged photos, and more of the truth starts to slip through. Go to Facebook for photos of them from when they were in middle school. Go to LinkedIn for various exaggerations about their skills, and go to Twitter for their attempts at humor.
But Twitter likes, now that's a real gold mine of information. No better way to get a sense of someone's tastes. But if they were full of these tweets, I'd say that's a green flag.
