Chris Kelley Joins Hard Rock Tejon as Operations Leader

Hard Rock International has appointed Chris Kelley as President of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon, which is planned to open late next year.

With bringing over 20 years of experience, Kelley takes on the role of President at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon. He will manage operations at the Kern County, California resort, that will opening in late 2025, and will report to Jon Lucas, Hard Rock International’s COO.

Kelley served as President & COO of MGM Resorts International Northeast Group and supervised operations at MGM Springfield in Massachusetts and Empire City in New York.

His career at MGM Resorts also included roles as President & COO of MGM Northfield Park and CFO of MGM Detroit. At Viejas Casino & Resort in San Diego, he was both CFO and General Manager.
