If you could only buy one new thing to improve your kitchen today, I’d recommend a kitchen scale. It’s one of the most useful tools that will help you with recipes, conversions, and consistency (not to mention you’ll find yourself suddenly interested in the weight of all kinds of things, like how much kibble you're actually feeding your dog). I admit, I'm a sucker for fabric kitchen accessories. They’re helpful and cute, and I can’t help it if I relate.
